Free standard shipping
Standard shipping is free on Throne Source orders. Contact us before ordering for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, remote locations or destinations with special access requirements so we can confirm service and timing. International delivery is not offered. Room placement, assembly and packaging removal are included only when expressly confirmed for your order.
Express delivery
Express delivery is $199 per order to one address for eligible physically in-stock items in the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. Estimated arrival is 3–5 days, through our in-house logistics team. Preorders and made-to-order items are excluded from this timeframe. Express is not offered to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or military addresses.
Free Halloween express delivery: October 13–15
Express delivery is free on all Halloween Thrones collection items, for orders placed October 13–15, 2026, ending October 15 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. Contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC only; while supplies last. In mixed orders, the free express offer covers Halloween merchandise only. Other merchandise ships standard free unless paid express is selected. Items may arrive separately.
Standard delivery for in-stock orders
In-stock items ship within 3 business days of your order. Estimated nationwide transit is 5–7 business days after shipping.
Preorders and made-to-order items
Preorder arrival dates refer to arrival at our Houston warehouse, not delivery to your address. After warehouse arrival and payment arrangements are complete, allow up to 3 business days for shipping plus 5–7 business days in transit. Made-to-order items take approximately 90 days from order through production in Indonesia and overseas freight to our Houston warehouse, plus shipping preparation and transit. Product-specific estimates appear on the product page. Dates are estimates; we will notify you of changes.
Mixed orders and pickup
Items ship as they become ready. Houston warehouse pickup is available by appointment only. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arranging pickup or traveling to the warehouse.
Delays
If an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will provide notice, a revised estimate when available, and the option to accept the delay or cancel affected unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund as required by applicable law.
Access and inspection
Tell us about stairs, elevators, doorways, loading access and venue restrictions before delivery. Inspect merchandise, note visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt when possible, and contact us promptly with photographs. Reporting procedures do not remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Cash on delivery
Cash on Delivery is temporarily unavailable for new orders. Please use the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment arrangements already confirmed for existing orders remain unchanged. See our COD policy.
