SMS Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 6, 2026
These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the Throne Source marketing text message program operated by Ardelius, Inc. dba Throne Source. They are separate from our Terms of Use and Sale.
Program and voluntary consent
When you affirmatively opt in to Throne Source SMS marketing, you agree to receive recurring promotional text messages, including messages sent using automated technology, at the mobile number you provide. Messages promote Throne Source products, sales and special offers. Providing a phone number for an order, delivery or customer-service request does not by itself subscribe you to marketing texts. SMS consent is separate from email consent and is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier plan.
Unsubscribe and assistance
Reply STOP to any marketing text to unsubscribe. You may receive one message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, email connect@thronesource.com, or call 877-955-5550. You may also request an opt-out through these support channels. Unsubscribing from SMS does not cancel an order or change your separate email preferences.
Eligibility and number changes
You must be at least 18 and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number. Contact us if you change, relinquish or transfer your number so we can stop messages to that number.
Delivery
Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices. We do not sell mobile information or share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties except messaging service providers solely as necessary to operate and deliver this program on our behalf.
Changes
We may update these terms prospectively and will obtain renewed consent where required. You can unsubscribe at any time.
