Free standard shipping
Throne Source offers nationwide delivery for eligible throne seating, chaises and related merchandise to individual and business buyers. Service availability depends on the item, destination, access conditions and delivery method. Contact us before ordering for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, remote locations or destinations with special access requirements so we can confirm service and timing. International delivery is not offered.
Free standard shipping and order confirmation
Contact us with the selected product, quantity, delivery ZIP code and any event deadline. Standard shipping is free on Throne Source orders. Optional express delivery is described below. The included delivery service, any required payment deposit and estimated timing will be confirmed before the order is finalized. Room placement, assembly and packaging removal are included only when expressly confirmed for the order.
Express delivery — $199
For eligible physically in-stock items, express delivery costs $199 per order to one delivery address in the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. Estimated arrival is 3–5 days. Delivery is handled by our in-house logistics team. Express delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or military addresses. Preorders and made-to-order products do not qualify for this order-to-delivery timeframe.
October 13–15 Halloween free express offer
All products in our Halloween Thrones collection qualify for free express delivery. Offer ends October 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. Contiguous 48 states and DC only; while supplies last. Standard delivery remains free. For mixed orders, the free express upgrade covers Halloween merchandise only; other merchandise ships standard free unless you choose paid express. Items may arrive separately. One $199 express charge applies per order to one address when paid express is selected for other eligible in-stock items.
Standard delivery, preorder and made-to-order timing
In-stock items ship within 3 business days of your order. Nationwide transit is estimated at 5–7 business days after shipping. Preorder arrival dates refer to arrival at our Houston warehouse, not delivery to your address. After warehouse arrival and payment arrangements are complete, allow up to 3 business days for shipping, plus 5–7 business days in transit.
Made-to-order items take approximately 90 days from order through production in Indonesia and overseas freight to our Houston warehouse. Shipping preparation and delivery transit are additional. Product-specific estimates appear on the product page. Dates are estimates; we will notify you of changes.
Mixed orders and pickup
Items ship as they become ready. Houston warehouse pickup is available by appointment only. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arranging pickup or traveling to the warehouse.
Delays
If an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will provide notice, a revised estimate when available, and the option to accept the delay or cancel affected unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund as required by applicable law.
Access and inspection
Tell us about stairs, elevators, doorways, loading access and venue restrictions before delivery. Inspect delivered merchandise, note visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt when possible, and contact us promptly with photographs. Reporting procedures do not remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Cash on delivery
Cash on Delivery is temporarily unavailable for new orders. Please use the payment methods offered at checkout. Any payment arrangements already confirmed for an existing order remain unchanged.
