Returns and Refunds Policy

30-day returns

We want you to feel confident about your purchase. Throne Source accepts return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery or pickup. Sale, clearance, seasonal, preorder, custom-made and made-to-order products are eligible under the same return policy.

You may unpack and inspect your purchase. Returned merchandise must remain unused and undamaged. Please contact us with your order number and the items you wish to return so we can provide instructions and the correct return destination.

Return shipping and restocking

Customers are responsible for return shipping or return freight costs for change-of-mind returns. Throne Source does not charge a restocking fee. Original outbound shipping is free; we do not deduct the cost of that original free shipping from your refund.

Return arrangements

Contact us before shipping your return. We will help with instructions for safe packaging and transport. Keep the original packaging when possible; if it is unavailable, contact us for suitable packaging guidance. Large throne seating may require freight service. Return shipping costs depend on the carrier, item size and pickup location.

Damage, defects and incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the merchandise and packaging. Note visible delivery damage on the receipt when possible. Throne Source will cover the cost of resolving damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise, including any necessary return shipping. We will work with you on an appropriate repair, replacement or refund. The customer-paid return shipping rule applies only to change-of-mind returns and does not apply to these issues.

Cancellations

Cancel before your item ships or is picked up for a full refund, including any preorder, custom-made or made-to-order deposit. No cancellation or restocking fee applies. Contact us with your order number. Once an item has shipped or been picked up, the return policy above applies.

Refunds

Approved returns receive a refund of the purchase price of the returned merchandise and applicable refundable taxes. We issue refunds within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return, to the original payment method where possible. Bank processing may take additional time. Banks and third-party payment providers control when a credit appears and how an installment or financing account is adjusted.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
