Payment Methods Policy

Throne Source accepts only the payment methods displayed during checkout or otherwise confirmed in writing for an approved order. Prices and charges are processed in U.S. dollars.
Card, wallet, and online payment methods
Available cards, digital wallets, and other online methods are displayed at checkout. A logo or provider name will not be presented as available until the applicable service has been activated for Throne Source. Payment authorization does not by itself mean that an order has been accepted or that inventory has been allocated.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is temporarily unavailable for new orders. Please use the payment methods offered at checkout. Any payment arrangements already confirmed for an existing order remain unchanged.
Preorders and made-to-order payments
Where offered, reserve your item with a 50% deposit or choose payment in full. The checkout shows the amount due today and remaining balance. We give 2 business days’ notice before collecting the remaining balance when the order is ready, before shipping or pickup. Orders are released after required payment is completed.
You may cancel before your item ships or is picked up for a full refund, including your deposit, with no cancellation or restocking fee. After shipping or pickup, our return policy applies.
Buy now pay later, financing, and lease-to-own
Additional payment, financing, or lease-to-own options will be shown only after activation. Each option is offered and administered by an independent provider and is subject to provider approval, availability, disclosures, privacy notice, and customer agreement. Throne Source does not guarantee approval or any specific rate, limit, or term. Lease-to-own is not a loan or credit product and generally costs more than the cash price. Verification and fraud prevention
We may verify identity, billing, delivery, or order information and may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, comply with law, correct an error, or address product or delivery unavailability. Do not email complete payment-card information to Throne Source.
Refunds and provider accounts
Merchandise return eligibility is governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy. After Throne Source approves a refund, the bank, wallet, payment, financing, buy now pay later, or lease-to-own provider determines when the credit appears and how the customer’s provider account or payment schedule is adjusted. Customers should continue following the provider agreement until the provider confirms a change.
