Can individuals buy from Throne Source?
Yes. We welcome individual shoppers as well as event planners, venue operators, hospitality buyers, photographers, salons, and spas.
Do you offer nationwide delivery?
Yes. Standard shipping is free. Express delivery arrives in 3–5 days and is free on all Halloween thrones during the sale ending October 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. Express service is available within the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. In-stock standard orders ship within 3 business days; estimated transit is 5–7 business days after shipping.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Cash on Delivery is temporarily unavailable for new orders. Please use the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment arrangements already confirmed for existing orders remain unchanged.
Can I ask about a collection before ordering?
Yes. Email connect@thronesource.com with the collection name, seating size, preferred finish, quantity, and destination ZIP code.
Are Christmas and Valentine’s Thrones available?
Preorders are available on eligible seasonal products. Expected Houston warehouse arrival is October 23, 2026 for Christmas and November 13, 2026 for Valentine’s items. Check the product page for the applicable estimate. Shipping preparation and delivery transit are additional.
